From the time we first met Fiona Captur and her team at the airport in Malta, it was obvious that we were in the hands of total and consummate professionals. It was also obvious that we were in the hands of some fabulous people -- people with whom it would be a joy to work and who were likely to become lifelong colleagues and friends.
There is not a detail that goes overlooked when you're lucky enough to be working with UCM. They are thorough, they are incredibly efficient and they are extremely smart. Common sense prevails in every instance.

Dear Fi, Helga and Paula
Just to let you know that I have just returned from the de-brief of our last event which was the briefest of my career. Delighted pretty much summed it up! They loved the hotel, the restaurants and the speedboat treasure trail.
The gala dinner at Palazzo Parisio was the highlight of the trip, they adored the classic cars and the fairies were a massive hit!
As ever your creativity, attention to detail and caring approach shone through, making my job on site very easy. I will do my best to get another group over to you soon!
